Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and standard shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once your package has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope you love your Birdie Babe Luxe purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the bag and all included accessories must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For the safety of our Birdie Babes, opened or used personal-care items such as feminine wipes, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and pee funnels cannot be returned. Customized and final-sale items are also nonreturnable.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order, but if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
